Breakthrough Foundation has a key focus of assisting HIV/AIDS infected and affected families in Kenya.  We have targeted a neglected rural area of Thika District at Juja Farm sub location.   Juja Farm is a semi arid area whose rainfall is insufficient to meet the subsistence farming lifestyle of the community.  As well as helping those directly affected with HIV/AIDS, we help the whole community to gain economic independence and educational advancement.
